Some two-bedroom listings in Patong turn out to be a studio with ambitions. This one is the opposite — a proper 96 square metre home, and it is our latest Room of the Day from Patong-Thailand.
C303 sits at the quiet end of the floor on the second floor of Patong Harbor View. It was fully redone in late 2019, from tile and wiring to plumbing and air-conditioning, and the master bedroom even got a soundproofed ceiling. The room everyone remembers is the kitchen: a bold electric-blue IKEA setup with an island and stools, flowing into a dining area that seats six and a long living room that ends at a 16 square metre balcony looking over the pool.
Sleeping is a king bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom, with both rooms set away from the living space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a building pool and gym, fast Wi-Fi, and staff on hand — and the location is the quieter south end of Patong, an easy walk to the beach and Jungceylon.
Stays here are 30 days or longer, which suits the place: it is built for a month or a season, not a weekend. High-season pricing in the full post starts at 45,000 baht for November, with weekly rates through the peak weeks and 60,000 baht for March, plus a 10,000 baht security deposit and metered electricity.
