Beach Life Festival Takes Over Loma Park: Patong's Free Weekend of Sport, Music and Food

If you are in Patong this weekend, the beachfront is doing the entertaining for you. A three-day festival has taken over Loma Park, it costs nothing to walk in, and tonight is the last night — so this is the one to catch.

The Phuket Beach Life 2026 festival mixes beach sports, live music and local food, and it is running as part of the Tourism Authority of Thailand's Amazing Multi-Racing Festival 2026 programme, which uses sport and entertainment to pull visitors in. It opened on Friday evening (Oct 30) and wraps up tonight, Sunday Nov 1.

On the programme: water sports including stand-up paddleboarding, beach activities, a local food zone, and stalls selling beach gear and handicrafts. Live entertainment runs throughout, with artists, local bands and DJs; the headline concerts were Maiyarap on Friday and Whal & Dolph on Saturday, with Getsunova closing the festival tonight.

The point of it, say the organisers, is to show off Patong Beach while putting money into local pockets — restaurants, tour operators and community businesses around the beach all get a busier weekend out of it.
